Our Production Engineer will be responsible for optimizing operational processes and support growth through assessing existing processes and identifying opportunities for improvement. They will champion and implement innovative solutions to enhance productivity, streamline processes, and reduce operational costs. This role will drive continuous improvement initiatives and advance the organization's objectives in quality, performance, and profitability.
What You’ll Do:

This role will drive continuous improvement initiatives and advance the organization's objectives in quality, performance, and profitability.
What You’ll Do:
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives focused on improving Manufacturing Operations business processes
- Liaison between Engineering, Production/Operations, and Quality to develop and implement changes
- Improve Production efficiency and on-time shipment metrics
- Execute Production process improvements, both through select design and assembly process improvements
- Support KPIs that will be reported to senior management regularly
- Review and implement drawing, BOM, and Process change requests

What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering is preferred, or any Engineering field
- 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment (assembly and/or machine shop)
- Ability to read schematics, illustrations, and technical/engineering drawings
- Previous experience in managing technical projects is preferred but not required
- Fluency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc) is required; fluency in Microsoft Project is preferred
- Fluency in Inventor, SolidWorks or any comparable CAD tool is required

Pay Range: The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full-time employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location, and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, and certifications.
$85,000 - $100,000 per year. This position is eligible for a bonus incentive plan, based on company and/or individual performance.
