Talent Acquisition Partner

The Talent Acquisition Partner is an experienced, results-oriented professional helping our leaders find, attract and onboard talented professionals. We want a strong communicator and consultant who can help our leaders learn what it means to work with an internal recruiting partner.  Recruiting responsibilities are core to the role, but we are seeking a team member open to learning about and contributing to other aspects of HR in a dynamic, fast-growing environment.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage the recruiting process
    • Consult with hiring managers and gain alignment on selection criteria
    • Craft compelling job descriptions
    • Create a search strategy and market open positions
    • Review applicant resumes and screen qualified candidates
    • Ensure clear candidate/interviewer expectations
    • Drive timely interviews and debrief schedules
    • Align with HR partners and hiring manager on offers
    • Successfully on-board new talent
  • Build collaborative working relationships with hiring managers through effective intake meetings, regular progress updates and communication of process challenges
  • Pursue qualified passive candidates through networking, cold-calling and utilization of networking tools
  • Build and nurture a pipeline of talent for future needs and identified skill gaps
  • Build knowledge of competitors; develop sourcing strategies for niche positions
  • Create, document and implement end-to-end candidate hiring processes to ensure a positive experience for candidates, hiring teams and other internal customers
  • Coach hiring managers on effective interviewing practices
  • Continuously champion our inclusive hiring practices; create and execute diversity marketing campaigns and outreach to diverse talent
  • Influence and improve recruiting processes and metrics; report hiring outcomes on a regular basis
  • Consult with leaders on effectively using talent assessments
  • Manage the on-boarding process; make recommendations and implement improvements
  • Ensures compliance with local, state and federal employment law

Job Requirements:

Education & Experience

  • 4+ years of full cycle experience in a technology or other fast paced environment
  • Bachelors degree
  • Experience managing 15 to 20 requisitions simultaneously
  • Exceptional verbal, written and listening skills; ability to persuade
  • Experience working with applicant tracking systems, resume data bases, internet sourcing tools and complex spreadsheets
  • Strong client-focus and commitment to continuous improvement
  • Ability to deliver a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring and on-boarding process
  • Experience leveraging sourcing tools to maximize talent outreach across all diversity dimensions
  • Understanding of employment law, especially related to recruitment
  • Self-starter, results-oriented, high energy and passionate about finding great talent
