Job Summary:

We are looking to hire a seasoned implementation Specialist/Account Manager that would assist with implementation and account maintenance of our EMR application around the nation in various hospitals, and multi- specialty ambulatory clinics. You will be responsible for go-live support, training of providers and ongoing maintenance of the application and customer success of account for healthcare organizations. The goal is to help providers be more functional and successful in their daily activities by successfully adopting our EMR platform. This position requires 50 + % travel as needed with nationwide Go-Lives. Travel costs will be paid/reimbursed.

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Travel to hospitals and ASCs around the US and assist providers and staff with our EMR go-lives.
  • Provide training for providers and application users via web or in person.
  • Accompany anesthesia care providers into the procedure rooms for training.
  • Meet with providers or appropriate staff to understand their workflow and provide suggestions for improvement according to internal policies.
  • Maintain accurate information on feedback, suggestions, technical issues, etc.
  • QA Test the beta products and current products before going-live.
  • Provide Go-Live and ongoing support.
  • Maintain periodic communication with the customers and key stakeholders.
  • Working with clients to keep them updated with the latest versions or bug fixes and thoroughly test the application before updates.
  • Prioritize and help resolve customer issues by working with various departments in our company.
  • Keep up with the latest features and bug fixes through training and engaging in testing activities.
  • Help nurture existing relationships for additional opportunities.
  • Work with other departments within our company to solve problems that may arise.
  • Create confidence and positive experience for customers through training, demonstration and one on one interaction with clients.
  • Other duties and projects as assigned

Job Requirements:

Education & Experience

  • Associate Degree or 4 or more years of working experience in a clinical setting. 
  • Clinical Experience preferred
    • Experience working closely with healthcare providers (Anesthesiologists, and Nurses)
    • Experience or knowledge of clinical workflows and EMRs used in hospitals.
  • Excellent organizational and coordination skills
  • Previous experience with EMR Go-Lives
  • Previous experience as an EMR trainer
  • Ability to develop detailed training guides.
  • A great listener with ability to communicate with people of diverse disciplines.
  • Clinical knowledge, and familiarity working with EMRs are a plus.
  • Certifications in other EHRs such as Cerner, Epic, etc. or Nursing/Healthcare Administration is an advantage
