Director, Member Marketing Engagement (Member Marketing Acquisition)

Description

The Director of Member Marketing Engagement will be responsible for developing and executing programming to drive member acquisition and engagement with our suite of family building products. The ideal candidate has a consumer, direct to patient marketing background in the benefits space.

What you'll do.... 

  • Establish a strong understanding of the Progyny member lifecycle and various treatment pathways
  • Develop and drive member-facing marketing initiatives to promote benefit education and awareness and encourage benefit adoption
  • In collaboration with Member Services and Engineering, develop and execute targeted e-mail campaigns, landing pages and automation workflows
  • Create workflows to promote curated family building education through the Progyny Member Portal app
  • Work with Product to develop targeted marketing plans for audience segmentation as Progyny launches additional products
  • Work with internal partners (Member Services, Engineering, Product, Business Intelligence) to implement, monitor, measure, and report on member engagement and utilization


About you...

  • 8+ years of experience in healthcare marketing, preferably in women’s health or the fertility industry
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business, MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Demonstrated experience with email deployment and management using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Product launch experience preferred
  • Proven success collaborating with cross-functional teams, excellent communicator
  • Outstanding project management skills; results focused with superb execution and follow-through; highly attentive to detail
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment

In compliance with New York City's Wage Transparency Law, the annual salary [wage] range for NYC-based applicants is: $130,000 - $150,000. Progyny offers a total compensation package comprised of base salary, cash bonus, and equity.
