Revenue Analytics Manager

The Revenue Analytics Manager is responsible for understanding the current trends in the business and leveraging those trends to produce revenue forecasts.  The role will be data driven however gaining an in-depth knowledge of our business is critical to success.  This role will report to the VP, FP&A and will frequently interact with our leadership team.


What you’ll do:


-          Build a bottom-up revenue forecast leveraging the most recent trends in the business as well as historical data to be presented to our COO & CFO.

-          Responsible for explaining the change from expected revenue to achieved revenue.

-          Complete in depth variance analyses for our clients, clinics, treatments, and members.

-          Improve the efficiency and automation of revenue models, balancing the need for repeatability, functionality, and process efficiency.

-          Manage back-test revenue models to improve predictability, ideate and develop new ways to analyze the business.


About you:

-          5+ years’ experience in finance, operations, business intelligence, business operations in management consulting and/or high-growth companies

-          Bachelors degree required, MBA preferred but not required

-          Advanced financial modeling skills (Excel, PowerPivot, PowerBI)

-          Competency in SQL

-          Ability to tap into a wealth of knowledge and experience to solve problems and act as an internal consultant

-          Ability to effectively synthesize problems by asking the right questions

-          Understands the importance of “chunking” projects and developing iterations to test usability and functionality

-          Willing to take risks without having all the answers and comfortable spearheading projects to get things done in a timely manner

-          Excellent communication ability, able to partner with internal stakeholders, including senior leadership
