Progyny is looking for a Manager, Digital Analytics to join the Business Strategy & Analytics team in New York (NYC). Our team is at the forefront of key initiatives and strategic development of the nation’s leading fertility benefits management company. In this role, you’ll lead the function of performance measurement, analysis, evaluation, and make informed, strategic recommendations to guide company strategy & execution.

What you'll be doing...

• Lead the tracking, analysis, and reporting of key metrics across our member-facing digital assets
• Collaborate with marketing, engineering, and provider & account management teams to oversee measurement operations (e.g. guiding tagging/tracking strategy & process), measurement planning, and KPI setting to deliver on an industry-leading digital analytics approach
• Leverage analytical techniques within and across channels to deliver rapid, actionable, and comprehensive insights designed to inform optimization, and guide member strategy
• Oversee the design, execution, and analysis of pilots and A/B and multivariate tests, ensuring that tests yield interpretable and actionable results

About you...

• 3-5 years of digital analytics experience
• Bachelor’s degree with a strong educational track record
• Experience measuring, mining, and generating insights from digital engagement data
• Experience with A/B and Multivariate testing
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Looker, etc.
• Analytical mindset that can understand, analyze, and synthesize large volumes of data and address complex questions into clear analyses and actionable findings and implications
• Strong communicator that can present data clearly and effectively to senior executives

In compliance with New York City's Wage Transparency Law, the annual salary range for NYC-based applicants is: $115,000 - $130,000. Progyny offers a total compensation package comprised of base salary, cash bonus, and equity.
