Marketing Operations Manager

Progyny is looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to support the sales/marketing team’s continuous transition into a data-driven growth engine.
This is an exciting role that will help drive PGNY’s growth by optimizing the sales/marketing technical infrastructure to support omni-channel multi-touch campaigns while providing the tracking, reporting and analysis needed to help leadership identify growth opportunities across PGNY’s core business drivers: Prospects, Providers, and Members.
This role will report up to the Senior Director, Demand Generation Marketing with extensive opportunity to drive the direction of your own growth.
What you'll do ...
- Work with sales/marketing leadership to manage, optimize, and run the systems and processes to support cross-functional demand generation, ensure data can move freely between systems and be accessed by a variety of teams (marketing automation, attribution tracking, dashboards, lead routing, data integration, data integrity, sales enablement, and comms)
- Be the central administrator of marketing and sales enablement technology to guide best practices, oversee documentation, troubleshoot, and ensure technology features and functionalities are implemented, integrated, customized, and maintained to drive efficiency, utilization, effectiveness, and scale
- Help support a data-driven growth strategy by working with leadership to provide recommendations to make data more accessible and build reports/dashboards designed to track KPIs, campaign performance, and identify insights and trends that can be used to improve targeting/messaging/conversion at the awareness, consideration, and decision stages
- Work with leadership to develop recurring training and ongoing support of automation topics to drive cross-functional utilization of technical resources (persona-based data segmentation, reading engagement/intent insight, ZoomInfo/Pardot/Salesloft best practices, and A/B testing)
- Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with marketing, sales, business intelligence and engineering to understand business processes to help design and develop enablement enhancements, capabilities, and assist with process automation that ensures goals are aligned
- Work with the leadership team to recommend and create new processes and accountability models that break down silos and put customers and results at the center
- Optimize and support complex automation campaigns and multi-attribution reporting in Pardot and Salesforce using default Salesforce objects and Engagement Studio
- Help manage day to day technical aspects of marketing automation, sales enablement, and campaign execution, including attribution tracking, list building, communication, reporting
- Support the team’s shift to revenue marketing by ensuring segment goals are aligned with sales goals
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (HS Diploma + 4 years of relevant experience) required
- 3+ years of combined professional experience in digital marketing, marketing strategy, marketing technology, and/or marketing/sales/revenue operations (experience with healthcare/PI data a plus)
- 2+ years experience with Salesforce and marketing automation technology such as Pardot
- Experience integrating software, creating automations, and auditing data for accuracy
- Knowledgeable in defining, building, and maintaining marketing attribution, prioritization, segmentation, and campaign tracking (lead-scoring, lead management and automation, data compliance processes, campaign reporting - multi-touch attribution experience a plus)
- Excellent planning, organization, and time management skills
- Takes initiative, strong sense of ownership and can deliver results without much supervision
- Willingness to learn and a passion for Marketing Technology (test, learn, and optimize- yippee) (experience with demand generation and Waterfall Revenue Model not expected but a plus) \
- Systems: Salesforce, Pardot, Marketing Cloud, Ad Studio, Engagement Studio, ZoomInfo, Salesloft, Outlook, Google Analytics, Wordpress, Sharepoint
- Jira / Confluence, PowerBI, and HTML/CSS skills not required but a plus
