Member Revenue Analyst
Description
We are looking for a Member Revenue Analyst to join our Finance team. Successful candidates for this role are self-starters with a balance of quantitative and qualitative skills, along with strong verbal and written communication skills. The Member Revenue Analyst will provide analytical support for all member invoices and collections processes and own the communication with internal stakeholders. The analyst will be responsible for strategic reporting and reconciliation. The Claims and Member Revenue team is growing rapidly, this is your opportunity to join a fast-paced team.
What you will do…
- Analyze member invoices data using Excel and Member Payment platform to identify corrective action plans to address root issues.
- Ownership of a key platform that pushes and pulls information from external and internal platforms, used for customer reports and for financial reporting.
- Create various revenue reports for key stakeholders in the Finance department.
- Assist with review and delivery of standard monthly and quarterly reports with analysis to various business partners.
- Reconciliation of member payments.
- Review member invoices to identify discrepancies.
- Review delinquent payment plans.
- Communicate effectively with members to answer questions, ensure timely payments, and resolve issues that may arise.
- Monitor and track member invoices and provides continuous feedback to management team.
- Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholder to perform routine follow-up and escalate issues as required.
- Compile and batch outstanding member invoices.
- Partner with fellow colleagues to support each other in their work to contribute to overall unit success.
- Conform to all applicable HIPAA, Billing Compliance and safety policies and guideline.
About you...
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or similar software is required, and an ability and willingness to learn new systems and programs.
- SQL knowledge preferred.
- Accounting experience a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be a motivated individual with a positive and exceptional work ethic.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team, strong customer service skills, demonstrating tact and sensitivity in stressful situations.
- Excellent analytical skills: attention to detail, critical thinking ability, decision making, and researching skills to analyze a question or problem and reach a solution.
- Knowledge of billing and claims procedures and claims collection techniques.

In compliance with New York City's Wage Transparency Law, the annual salary range for NYC-based applicants is: $55,000 - $65,000. Progyny offers a total compensation package comprised of base salary, cash bonus, and equity.
