Description

We are looking for an HRIS Analyst to join our Human Resources team here at Progyny. The main duties will be onboarding, managing our HRIS system, and helping with benefits administration.  This person will help manage our systems and be very technical and detail oriented, working closely with IT throughout employee lifecycle. In this role, you would be working cross functionally to with hiring managers to ensure employees have a robust onboarding.   

What you’ll do... 

  • Manage and make updates in our HRIS systems and assist with applicant tracking system administration.  
  • Own compensation updates in system with one-off changes or large-scale uploads from compensation cycles.  
  • Ensure new hires, terminations and transfers are updated in an accurate and timely manner in HRIS.  
  • Creation of custom fields, and reports – in conjunction with Payroll Manager for a variety of system uploads.  
  • Maintain employee files integrity, to current employees and managing terminated employee folders as well. Having offer documents to employee folders and moving terminated employees to a different folder. Prepare DocuSign for employees regarding compensation increases, disability forms, and other HR forms.   
  • Manage the onboarding process post signed offer letter, including (but not limited to) reference checks, backgrounds checks, and onboarding paperwork in HRIS portal, and working with hiring managers to create an onboarding plan for new hires.  
  • Follow up with employees at the 30, 60, and 90 day period to ensure our new hires are feeling supported. Assist People Operations Manager with benefits administration.  
  • Ad hoc improvement projects to streamline various HR processes as identified by the People Operations Manager and/or SVP, People. 
About you...
  • Prior experience (at least 1+ years) working in system administration, HRIS preferred
  • Prior experience working with benefits administration  
  • Prior experience working with applicant tracking system preferred but not required 
  • Demonstrated experience working with and supporting an employee population 
  • Experience having worked in fast growing environment 
  • Strong attention to detail  
  • Intermediate excel skills (vlookup, and some nested formulas and understanding of logic functions)  
  • Ability to retain employee confidentiality.
