Description

Progyny is looking for a Marketing Manager for our B2B sales team, reporting to the VP of Marketing for sales. This position will be responsible for driving demand generation activities that support the company's direct sales teams and channel partnerships.

The ideal candidate has experience in the employer benefits space, creating, launching and monitoring campaigns that educate, drive awareness and build interest for Progyny’s comprehensive fertility and family benefits solution.


What you'll do...

  • Develop and manage demand generation activities tip to toe. Create and execute activities such as lead nurturing email, newsletters, landing pages, etc. to educate, drive awareness and create interest in Progyny’s benefit solution.
  • Create and manage webinar strategy, including calendar of events, follow ups, content for distribution, RSVPs, schedules, etc.
  • Craft smart marketing automation workflows, set up and manage Pardot and other marketing tools used to distribute content, collect information, send emails, etc.
  • Develop audience segmentation and list curation that drives campaign strategies and outreach.
  • Promote and distribute information on new verticals, geographies, and business lines to targeted buyer audiences.
  • Research and keep informed of the benefits space to understand strategic priorities, key stakeholders and their background to influence demand generation activities.
  • Work closely with sales marketing team on sales support, paid ad campaigns, content marketing activities, events and website content.
  • Demonstrate outcomes of marketing efforts through metrics and deliverables.

 

About you...

  • 5+ years of experience, healthcare benefits experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Expertise in creating effective B2B demand generation tools and marketing campaigns (bonus: you’ve done it for HR/benefits buyers and benefits consultants)
  • Proven ability to manage the full lifecycle of complex marketing/sales initiatives with limited guidance
  • Strong oral/written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to develop strong cross functional relationships and be able to effectively communicate to both internal and external partners in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong project management skills, able to drive creative and technical aspects
  • Demonstrated experience with marketing automation tools and CRMs (Salesforce, Pardot, Marketing Cloud or similar)
