Description

Progyny is looking for a Demand Generation Manager reporting to the Senior Director of Sales Marketing, Demand Generation. This position will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing data-driven marketing campaigns designed to drive short- and long-term demand for Progyny’s comprehensive fertility and family building benefits solution. This position will also play a key role in driving sales/marketing alignment to keep campaigns running smoothly and maximize ROI of demand generation activities.


What you'll do...

  • Manage/own/execute/optimize: Email marketing, LinkedIn and webinar strategies – working with internal team members, outside vendors and creatives to develop content and assets needed, implement new ideas, rotate and test creatives, as well as monitor campaign budget.
  • Manage AdWords via SEM agency to ensure campaigns are following best practices and working towards organizational goals
  • Craft smart marketing automation workflows with the marketing operations and website managers using Pardot and other marketing tools to distribute content, collect information, send emails, etc
  • Assist in maintaining sales and marketing data integrity
  • Work closely with the other marketing teams to execute strategic, integrated marketing programs using a mix of content marketing, digital marketing, PR, sales enablement, direct mail and events to drive new business opportunities and revenue.
  • Work closely with the sales team on strategy, sales plays, and campaigns; create emails and tools needed execute campaigns; maintain alignment through structured communication, training, and support
  • Help develop content for SEO projects and other ideas to drive organic traffic with other team members.
  • Measure, analyze, and report on campaign performance and provide strategic direction based on analysis
  • Develop audience segmentation and list curation that drives campaign strategies and outreach.
  • Stay on top of B2B demand generation best practices to help the team learn and grow
  • Research and keep informed of the benefits space to understand strategic priorities, key stakeholders and their background to know what will work for your audience and translate it into demand generation activities that maximize results

  • Quickly achieve high-level knowledge of Progyny and understanding of our brand, products, positioning statements, buyer personas, and business needs.

About you...

  • 5+ years of experience with demand generation and digital marketing management, healthcare industry experience a bonus
  • Experience running performance marketing campaigns across paid social (Facebook, Twitter and Linkedin) as well as paid search, retargeting and PPL (pay per lead);
  • Understanding of content marketing with demonstrable experience of creating engaging marketing assets, such as blogs, landing pages, ad posts, email templates; able to write quickly and concisely for non-technical audiences
  • Direct experience with marketing automation software (ideally Pardot), CRM (Salesforce) as well as a good understanding of marketing automation systems, lead scoring and attribution;
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Data suite and experience running detailed campaign reporting;
  • Data-driven critical thinker with high level of proficiency managing and interpreting campaign data for valuable business insights – tracking, budgeting, reporting, analysis, troubleshooting, optimization
  • Proven ability to manage the full lifecycle of complex marketing/sales initiatives from conversion to revenue, including sales enablement
  • Self-motivated, self-managed with strong organization, verbal and written communication skills; takes initiative, over communicates, receives feedback well and finds solutions.
  • Must be able to develop strong cross functional relationships and be able to effectively communicate in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong project management skills, able to drive creative and technical aspects
  • Excited about staying up to date on demand generation best practices with a demonstrated ability to generate leads;
  • Problem solver with a growth mindset
  • Willingness to adapt and manage up. Not everything works out as planned and this is a large fast paced organization. You need to be strong enough in your convictions to change direction, help the team stay on track and modify KPIs based on results.
  • Not needed but a plus:
    • Experience running successful ABM campaigns targeting
    • Experience working with sales teams with knowledge of sales processes
    • Experience working with WordPress

In compliance with New York City's Wage Transparency Law, the annual salary range for NYC-based applicants is: $80,000/year - $90,000/year. Progyny offers a total compensation package comprised of base salary, cash bonus, and equity.
