Marketing Manager
Description
This role will be responsible for implementing strategic marketing initiatives for our clients and members. The ideal candidate has demonstrated marketing experience working in a client facing role at an agency, consulting, or communications firm.
What you'll do ...
- Serve as a key marketing contact for Account Management to support our client’s strategic business goals
- Execute client engagement strategies to increase awareness of the Progyny benefit, champion fertility and family building benefits, and support client retention
- Identify opportunities to engage with clients and members during open enrollment and key awareness months
- In partnership with Member Services and Progyny’s network of providers, drive in person and virtual client specific benefit education and awareness events
- Create and identify distribution channels for member education that increases awareness of fertility and family building
- Support client upsells and go to market strategy for new products
- Partner with internal stakeholders to support industry specific events and client speaking engagements
- Support requests for proposals (rfps) as needed
About you...
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a client facing role
- Experience in health benefits and/or fertility field is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing or MBA
- Strong oral/written communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated strategic thought and decision-making ability to drive marketing deliverables
- Strong project management skills
- Must be able to develop strong cross functional relationships and be able to effectively communicate to both internal and external partners
- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRMs (Salesforce, Marketing Cloud)
