We are looking for a Senior CRM Data Steward to help maintain, govern, and enhance the quality of Salesforce data that powers our global GTM engine.In this role, you will lead complex data quality operations, enrich and validate key customer data, manage the 4-level account hierarchy, and support scalable governance processes across Accounts, Contacts, and Sales Coverage (territories).
In this role, you will: 
 
Data Quality & Governance
  • Maintain high-quality Salesforce Account, Contact, and Sales Coverage (territory) data.
  • Apply and refine data dictionaries, standards, and validation rules.
  • Manage data exceptions, quality alerts, and root-cause analysis.
  • Oversee complex data corrections that require deep functional knowledge.
Hierarchy & Ownership Management
  • Govern parent-child relationships within the 4-level Progress Account Hierarchy.
  • Validate ownership rules, routing logic, and Sales Coverage (territory) alignment.
  • Support GTM planning and coverage model updates by ensuring structural accuracy.
Enrichment & Completeness
  • Execute and optimize enrichment workflows using Leadspace, ZoomInfo, or similar platforms.
  • Improve completeness of key firmographics, segmentation, and vertical data.
  • Ensure enrichment accuracy and help refine enrichment logic with the DataOps Team Lead.
Duplicate & Error Remediation
  • Identify and resolve complex duplicates for Accounts and Contacts.
  • Manage merge workflows and collaborate with Enterprise Apps for bulk updates.
  • Own advanced cases involving hierarchy conflicts, ownership shifts, or territory mismatches.
Cross-Functional Support
  • Partner with Sales Operations on data needs for planning, forecasting, Sales Coverage (territory) management, and GTM execution.
  • Collaborate with D&A to ensure high-quality data powering dashboards, models, and analytics.
  • Liaise with Enterprise Apps for automation, flows, bulk operations, and data fixes.
Enablement & Mentorship
  • Support junior Data Stewards with training, QA checks, and guidance.
  • Document processes, playbooks, and standards for scalable team maturity.
Your background:   
  • 3–6+ years in CRM Data Operations, Salesforce data governance, or similar data quality roles.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce objects (Accounts, Contacts, Hierarchies, Sales Coverage (territories).
  • Experience with data enrichment platforms (Leadspace, ZoomInfo, Clearbit, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with deduplication tools and complex merge logic.
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to troubleshoot data inconsistencies and propose scalable solutions.
  • Clear communication skills and experience partnering with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency with Excel/Sheets; SQL or BI tools is a plus
Preferred Experience
  • B2B SaaS or multi-BU Salesforce environments.
  • Exposure to Sales Coverage and territory routing models.
  • Experience documenting processes and contributing to governance frameworks.
  • Familiarity with AI data readiness and metadata management.
