We are seeking a self-starter with a growth mindset, passion for continuous improvement and bias for action to join our Enterprise Program Management Office (ePMO) team as a Senior Technical Program Manager in Hyderabad, India.
In this role, you will drive the product life cycle management processes for our Application and Data Platform Business Unit, from product delivery launch through end-of-life (EOL) management, including critical alerts and other business critical projects. In this role, you’ll leverage your analytical, interpersonal, and leadership skills to manage critical business initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of product engineering and cross-functional teams including Finance, Legal, Marketing, Sale Operations, ensuring alignment, efficiency, and execution excellence.
In this role, you will:
- Lead cross functional initiatives of varying degrees of size and complexity, employing the best fit project management methodology (e,g. Agile, PMI, etc.)
- Collaborate with business stakeholders (including Product Managers, Engineering Team Leaders, Finance, Marketing, IT, etc) to drive successful end-to-end product life cycle management process from product delivery to EOL processes.
- Monitor, manage, and respond to critical product alerts, coordinating with relevant stakeholders for prompt resolution.
- Understand and contribute to the software development life cycle (SDLC) for both on-prem and SaaS products, identify process improvements, and ensure best practices are followed.
- Provide clear, actionable guidance to teams, proactively anticipating challenges and resolving issues before they escalate.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to program processes, EOL activities, and alert management.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement and accountability within the team and across the business unit.
Your background:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in technical program management or a related role within the technology sector.
- Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and demonstrated experience driving the product lifecycle management process, from launching new products to managing EOL processes.
- Proven track record in driving cross-functional business-critical initiatives using agile and traditional program/project management methodologies.
- Hands-on experience leading diverse teams in business system analysis, including documentation and process/systems flows.
- Experience driving business process streamlining and reengineering efforts.
- Experience working in a global environment with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Legal, Finance, Marketing, Sales Ops, and IT.
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems and provide strategic guidance to teams.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Mergers and Acquisitions experience is a plus.
