We’re looking for an AI Growth Product Manager to lead the discovery, experimentation, and scaling of AI‑driven growth initiatives across our DevTools portfolio. This role sits at the intersection of AI innovation, product‑led growth, monetization, and developer experience, with a clear mandate: turn AI capabilities into scalable, measurable business impact.
We’re looking for an AI Growth Product Manager to lead the discovery, experimentation, and scaling of AI‑driven growth initiatives across our DevTools portfolio. This role sits at the intersection of AI innovation, product‑led growth, monetization, and developer experience, with a clear mandate: turn AI capabilities into scalable, measurable business impact.
In this role you will:
- Identify and validate AI‑driven growth opportunities across acquisition, activation, expansion, and retention
- Define priorities and make trade‑offs to focus on the highest‑impact growth bets
- Lead customer discovery to uncover key developer pain points and unmet needs, translating insights into AI‑native product experiences
- Design and run experiments: defining hypotheses, success metrics, and learning plans to test new value propositions and business models
- Partner closely with Engineering, UX, Go‑to‑Market, and Product‑Led Growth teams to take ideas from concept to real‑world impact
- Shape how AI capabilities are packaged, positioned, and monetized for individual developers and teams
- Scale successful initiatives, ensuring they deliver sustained value for users and measurable results for the business
Your background:
- 5+ years of Product Management experience, with strong command of core PM disciplines and frameworks, including:
1. Problem framing and opportunity assessment
2. Customer discovery and validation
3. Solution experimentation
4. Pricing and packaging
5. Value proposition design - Proven track record of taking innovative ideas from concept to successful business outcomes
- Strong growth mindset, with hands‑on experience in experimentation, metrics, funnels, and hypothesis‑driven decision making
- Experience working with AI‑powered products and agentic platforms
- Ability to translate ambiguity into clear product hypotheses and decisions
- Comfort operating in fast‑moving, ambiguous environments, making sound decisions with incomplete or evolving information
- Strong strategic and systems thinking, with the ability to own and drive product vision and long‑term strategy
- Demonstrated execution excellence, turning strategy into measurable outcomes through disciplined prioritization and delivery
- Exceptional cross‑functional collaboration and influencing skills, with a track record of aligning Product, Engineering, UX, Sales, Marketing, and Demand Generation
- Strong executive communication and storytelling skills, able to synthesize complex topics into clear, actionable narratives for senior leadership
