This role exists to ensure that strategic, cross‑product initiatives translate into consistent execution, clear accountability, and measurable business impact across the DX portfolio.
Many of these initiatives are defined or sponsored by shared or corporate functions, but their success depends on strong business unit level ownership - clear structure, disciplined execution, and alignment at the product level. This role provides the execution rigor and operating model needed to turn strategy into results.

- Pricing initiatives with multi‑product impact
- SDLC, CloudOps, cost optimization, reliability, and scalability programs
- Product security and compliance initiatives
- You will translate intent into execution with clear scope, ownership, milestones, dependencies, and success metrics, and ensure initiatives move decisively from planning to delivery.
- Coordinate execution across Product, Engineering, Design, Platform, AI, CloudOps, and enterprise partners (Product Security, Product Services/Operations, Pricing, Enterprise Portfolio Management Office, Chief AI Office, Legal, Finance)
- Align stakeholders on priorities, timelines, and dependencies
- Surface and resolve cross‑team friction, trade‑offs, and competing priorities
- Ensure initiatives execute effectively and on time within shared systems, constraints, and operating models
- Define and run execution rhythms, including planning cadences, cross‑team syncs, and progress reporting
- Maintain visibility into progress, risks, dependencies, and outcomes
- Proactively identify execution risks and drive resolution with the right stakeholders

- Support the SVP, Product and leadership team with structured insights, reporting, and execution visibility
- Synthesize complex inputs into clear updates and pragmatic decision frames
- Help prioritize and sequence initiatives based on capacity, dependencies, and strategic importance
- Surface risks, trade‑offs, and recommendations to inform leadership decisions
- Cross‑product initiatives land consistently across teams, not partially or unevenly
- Product leadership has clear visibility into execution, risks, and progress
- Teams spend less time navigating ambiguity and more time delivering impact
- Strategic initiatives translate into outcomes leadership can trust, not just well‑run programs
- Solid experience and proven track record in successfully driving Program Management, Product Operations, or similar roles within a technology organization
- Experience operating in complex, matrixed environments
- Strong understanding of Product, Engineering, and platform or infrastructure contexts
- Proven ability to drive execution across teams without direct authority
- Solid grounding in Agile practices and operating models
- Experience with AI initiatives, CloudOps, or platform‑level programs is a plus
- Exceptional ability to bring structure to ambiguity and complexity
- Clear, concise communicator with strong executive presence
- High‑ownership mindset, sound judgment, and disciplined follow‑through
