In this role, you will

  • Own and manage end-to-end backend TA operations across multiple geographies (Americas, EMEA, APAC as applicable)
  • Drive operational rigor, standardization, and compliance across TA processes, policies, and SLAs
  • Partner with recruiters, HRBPs, and hiring teams to enable smooth hiring execution through strong operational support
  • Own and support Background Verification (BGV) operations, including:
    • Coordination with BGV vendors
    • Case initiation, tracking, follow-ups, and closure
    • Managing discrepancies, escalations, and SLA adherence
    • Ensuring compliance with data privacy and local regulations
  • Continuously identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and risks; propose and implement scalable solutions
  • Ensure adherence to global hiring policies, data privacy requirements, and audit readiness
  • Own TA data accuracy, governance, and hygiene across ATS and related systems
  • Build, maintain, and analyze TA dashboards, reports, and trackers (Excel / Google Sheets / BI tools)
  • Translate hiring data into actionable insights for TA leaders and business stakeholders
  • Track and report on key metrics such as time-to-fill, funnel health, recruiter productivity, SLA adherence
  • Create SOPs, playbooks, and training materials to drive adoption of tools and processes
  • Support testing, UAT, and rollouts of new TA technologies and features
  • Manage global stakeholder expectations with clarity, urgency, and responsiveness
  • Communicate operational updates, risks, and dependencies effectively across regions
  • Support leadership reviews, business updates, and governance forums with accurate data and insights

 

Your background 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Analytics, or a related field
  • 5-7+ years of hands-on TA Operations, analytics and dashboard reporting experience
  • Hands-on experience with ATS platforms (e.g., Workday, Jobvite, SuccessFactors, Taleo, or similar)
  • Comfort with TA reporting tools, dashboards, and basic data visualization
  • Technical bent of mind with ability to quickly learn and adopt new systems
  • Strong interest and practical exposure to AI and automation in TA (chatbots, AI screening, workflow automation, analytics, etc.)
  • Advanced proficiency in spreadsheets (Excel / Google Sheets) including formulas, pivots, and dashboards
