Please note this 6-month intern position offers flexible work hours once the university year starts and a hybrid work model (onsite and work from home). 
 
In this role, you will:
  • Support the Customer Success team by helping respond to customer questions via email and chat, with guidance and training
  • Learn how to onboard new customers and assist them with basic product setup and first steps
  • Help keep customer information organized and up to date in internal systems (e.g., CRM tools)
  • Assist in reviewing basic customer activity data to spot users who may need extra support
  • Collect and organize customer feedback to help the team understand user needs and improve the product
Your background:
  • Passion for working in a dynamic, client-facing setting
  • Enthusiastic, driven, and confident personality
  • Go-getter, systematic, and organized
  • Fluency in English is a must
  • Interest in systems and tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
