We are currently seeking a Market Research, Research Solutions Project Manager to join our growing team. This integral position will be responsible for managing our research solutions projects and will be the primary client day to day contact on these projects. The ideal candidate will be a true team player with  experience in marketing research and ideally project management and/or client service. For the past few years, Prodege has seen transformative growth and is now building the team to continue to foster client success and further escalate our growth trajectory.  

Additionally, the Research Solutions Project Manager will: 

  • Manage market research projects of varying scale and complexity
  • Provide a high level of client service, ensuring client objectives are met and providing optimization recommendations where appropriate
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure we deliver excellence to our clients
  • Manage all aspects of project/study execution, helping guide the client, team-members and any external partners through all critical project phases including;
    • Questionnaire ‘logic & content’ review
    • Survey scripting coordination & review
    • Sample & quota design
    • Fieldwork launch and data checks
    • Fieldwork monitoring
    • Fieldwork close
    • Data Processing delivery (ensuring accuracy)
    • Invoicing
    • Project debriefs
  • Manage and maintain quality and project timelines
  • Proactively identify potential issues and provide viable solutions

 Qualifications and Experience:

4+ years of market research experience, ideally within the project management function or with relevant experience of managing research projects from inception to completion

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Effective verbal and written communications skills
  • Highly organized with great attention to detail
  • Strong follow-through skills & sound critical-thinking abilities
  • Well-developed time management and multitasking skills
  • Knowledge of project management tools and concepts
  • Must enjoy working in a team environment with a dispersed team
  • Working knowledge of excel and Google Suite products
  • Familiarity with CRM based solutions is a plus (i.e NetSuite,Pipedrive, Salesforce, etc)
  • Familiarity with survey scripting and data reporting platforms (e.g. Qualtrics, Beacon, Confirmit, Dimensions, etc.) is desired.  Ability to script surveys in these platforms is a plus
