Currently this is a remote position to start due to the pandemic as our offices are closed, however this position will need to be in-person/work out of our El Segundo, CA (Los Angeles metro area) office full time once we are able to return to the office.  There is no relocation assistance for this position so local candidates will be prioritized.

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition/HR Coordinator who is super organized, has impeccable attention to detail and a passion for providing top notch treatment and service to the candidate interview and new hire experience! 

Responsibilities

  • Schedule interviews with candidates
  • Act as the primary point person throughout the Talent Acquisition process providing a great candidate experience
  • Manage and facilitate interview process; currently via Zoom, however once in person, this role will be responsible for greeting candidates, preparing hiring managers for interviews and ensuring interview schedules stay on track
  • Coordinate candidate travel and manage reimbursement programs (once we are able to resume travel)
  • Send and track candidate employment applications and NDAs; maintain data integrity in ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
  • Post / update job postings across various job boards and recruiting channels
  • Assist recruiters in gathering interview feedback and close the loop with candidates and hiring managers
  • Manage pre-employment/new hire onboarding tasks; background checks, new hire paperwork distribution, new hire orientation scheduling, travel arrangements, new hire set up, etc.
  • Assist with other HR/Office Management ad hoc projects as needed (i.e. employment verifications, business card ordering, assisting with coordinating employee/culture events)
  • Act as a back-up to Reception/Office Management when needed; covering the front desk, monitoring office inventory, etc.
  • Assist with event planning and special company events
  • Must be able to handle data with confidentiality

Basic Qualifications

  • 1+ year as a talent acquisition/recruiting coordinator or relevant administrative or HR coordination experience
  • Experience managing a high-volume of scheduling requests
  • Ability to work with multiple people and demands simultaneously
  • Proactive, resourceful and takes initiative
  • Capable of multi-tasking and shift tasks/priorities at the last minute and ability to prioritize appropriately
  • Strong interpersonal skills and team player mentality
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Impeccable verbal and written communication skills
  • Tech savvy, comfortable with G-suite and Slack; experience with Applicant Tracking Systems a plus
  • High level of integrity and EQ
  • Must be able to handle data with confidentiality
  • Willing to jump in and help out when needed for other areas of the company (event planning, HR needs, etc.)
