We’re looking for a
 Staff Revenue Accountant to join our Finance and Accounting team.  The Staff Revenue Accountant will be responsible for preparing financial reconciliations and journal entries for Company’s various subsidiaries. In addition, the Staff Revenue Accountant will manage the A/R Inbox. This entails responding to client inquiries, payment portal setup and invoice revisions.
 
Additionally, this position will:
·        Maintain customer information in our billing system
·        Generate and send invoices
·        Research and resolve payment discrepancies
·        Investigate and resolve customer inquiries and invoice issues
·        Communicate with customers via phone and/or email
·        Prepare journal entries
·        Perform account reconciliations
·        Prepare invoice support for year-end financial audit
·        Assist the Sr. Revenue Accountant in monthly reconciliation of revenue accounts and other month-end close duties
 
Skills and experience required:
·        2-3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or relevant Accounting role
·        Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting a plus
·        Must have working knowledge of Excel
·        Knowledge of NetSuite a plus
·        General knowledge of accounting and understanding of general ledger accounts within the
accounts receivable setting
·        Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
·        Excellent organizational skills; ability to multitask, set daily priorities and adapt to a changing
environment
·        Ability to work independently and in a team environment
·        Ability to build rapport and communicate with the sales team and customers
