We're currently seeking a Data Science and Machine Learning Analyst to join our growing Finance and Business Operations team.


  • Develop analytical frameworks and reliable measurement strategies for Prodege yield optimization and machine learning models
  • Design, execute, and perform data analysis for complex business and user AB tests
  • Proactively research and build data pipelines for business performance metrics
  • Manage tight deadlines and quickly iterate analyses to answer unstructured business questions, deliver actionable learnings, and make strategic recommendations.
  • Generate dashboards and automate reports that empower teams across the organization to make data-driven decisions.
  • Devise and evaluate models for diverse business needs, such as identifying growth opportunities, estimating the impact of new features on our platforms, and personalizing the user experience
  • Partner closely with business teams, product, and engineering to develop creative solutions using machine learning models, identify and use the most relevant consumer and business data, clearly document requirements, processes, and results, and collaborate on roadmaps to ensure project alignment/execution.

Skills and experience required:

  • MS/PhD in quantitative field and 3+ years of industry experience in a senior quantitative role
  • Ability to apply statistical, analytical and technical expertise to product and business problems
  • Prior experience structuring and leading impactful data science projects independently
  • Oral and written communication skills to mentor colleagues, and work effectively with partners on engineering, product and business teams
  • Expertise in SQL, fluency in Python, and experience with at least one statistical package or language (R, Pandas/NumPy/SciPy/matplotlib, Stata, Matlab).
  • Practical experience with statistical inference, experimental design and analytic bias. Familiarity with financial modeling and advanced statistics (regression, non parametrics, predictive modeling).
  • Able to build consensus, drive adoption, facilitate change, improve business results, and effectively coordinate and manage across multiple business units and technical teams.
  • Confident in facilitating meetings with senior and executive level leadership and being a partner in their decision-making.
  • Experience building data pipelines to train and deploy machine learning models for metrics and analytics or product feature use cases.
