We are currently looking for an Ad Operations Coordinator to join our team working on This role will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with current clients, provide client support and will also renew and grow our account base.

As our Ad Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for the following areas:

  • Sales & Account Management
    • Work with sales teams to provide client support, and help grow accounts
    • Support the sales team in the monthly and quarterly sales renewal processes
      • Assist in the preparation of proposals
      • Successfully manage the progress of a large number of simultaneous renewals
      • Identify and help resolve potential blockers to successful renewal efforts
    • Oversee the operational elements of client campaigns 
      • Obtaining client approvals, managing insertion orders, and verifying commission rate adjustments
      • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to schedule promotions and traffic creative assets for these assets
      • Provide reporting and campaign details  
    • Assist sales team in outreach efforts, including identifying target contact lists and helping to manage initial outreach efforts
    • Provide regular and ad hoc performance reporting to clients, agencies and internal teams
    • Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high client satisfaction levels
  • Operations
    • Work with internal teams to launch pre-qualified lists of advertisers
    • Identify & apply to new merchant programs in our existing advertising networks to drive incremental revenue
    • Collaborate with data entry team to manage new merchant launch queue

You will have the following qualifications:

  • 2+ year digital marketing or ecommerce experience
  • Excellent organization and project management skills
  • Must have superior prioritization and multitasking skills
  • Able to execute interactive marketing strategies
  • Demonstrated record of success in account management with proven ability to renew and grow existing accounts
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Works well independently and in a team environment
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Proficient with MS Office
  • Experience with e-commerce and affiliate marketing industry a plus
  • BA/BS degree preferred
