We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition/HR Coordinator who is super organized, has impeccable attention to detail and a passion for providing top notch support to the recruitment and employee experience.
This position will need to work in our El Segundo office at least 3 days a week.
 

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point person throughout the Talent Acquisition process providing a great candidate experience
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and internal staff
  • Manage and facilitate interview process; a mix of Zoom and in-person interviews; this role will be responsible for greeting candidates, preparing hiring managers for interviews and ensuring interview schedules stay on track
  • Coordinate candidate travel and manage reimbursement programs for live candidate interviews that require travel as needed
  • Send and track candidate employment applications and NDAs; maintain data integrity in ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
  • Post / update job postings across various job boards and recruiting channels
  • Manage pre-employment/new hire onboarding tasks; background checks, new hire paperwork completion, new hire orientation scheduling, travel arrangements, new hire set up, etc.
  • Manage/update certain employee platforms and databases (Trip Actions, Benefit platforms, etc.)
  • Manage employee announcements (new hires, baby announcements)
  • Assist in managing internal email distribution lists and scheduling employee related meetings/events
  • Assist HR team in managing company intranet page by updating information as needed
  • Assist with other HR/Office Management ad hoc projects as needed (i.e. employment verifications, assisting with coordinating employee/culture events)
  • Act as a back-up to Reception/Office Management when needed; covering the front desk, monitoring office inventory, assisting with stocking kitchen, assisting with company lunch program
  • Assist with event planning and special company events such as our quarterly All Hands Meeting
  • Must be able to handle data with confidentiality

Basic Qualifications

  • 1+ year as a talent acquisition/recruiting coordinator/HR Coordinator or relevant administrative experience or relevant experience in school or internships
  • Experience managing a high-volume of scheduling requests
  • Ability to work with multiple people and demands simultaneously
  • Proactive, resourceful and takes initiative
  • Capable of multi-tasking and shift tasks/priorities at the last minute and ability to prioritize appropriately
  • Strong interpersonal skills and team player mentality
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Impeccable verbal and written communication skills
  • Tech savvy, comfortable with G-suite and Slack; experience with Applicant Tracking Systems a plus
  • High level of integrity and EQ
  • Must be able to handle data with confidentiality
  • Willing to jump in and help out when needed for other areas of the company (event planning, HR needs, etc.)
