Make a splash at PRO Club!

Currently, we have openings for Aquatics Swim Instructors in our Aquatics department.  We have families waiting for experienced instructors to engage with their children.  Bring your passion for teaching lessons every day to our members of all ages!

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Evaluate and instruct students participating in group and private swim lessons to develop water safety and swimming skills consistent with PRO Club’s principles and provide progress reports to each student at the end of each lesson session.
• Ensuring the aquatics areas are “show-ready” for our members at all times, including cleaning and storing of equipment and teaching aids at the end of each shift.
• Promote a positive environment of learning, while ensuring the safety of all students.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

• 2 years of aquatics swim instruction experience and a passion for teaching others, especially children, in a positive manner that leads to positive learning outcomes.
• You know appropriate skill progressions from water safety through competent lap swimming in all four strokes.
• Thinking on your feet, you handle challenges like a PRO with a strong sense of urgency for resolution and improvement.
• Your positive attitude shines through and you consistently demonstrate a strong oral and written communication skills with all guests and cast members in a courteous, friendly and professional manner.

Rate based on years of experience.  All commission based.

Group lessons – $17.60/hr -$26/hr

Private lessons - $22.50/hr - $57/hr

• (rate charged to member and commission are both variables based on experience)
