We are looking for a Lead Game Client Engineer to build the Game Client Services Team. This team seeks to magnify the engineering teams across all studios, bringing specialized knowledge and common solutions to the studios so they can remain focused on making the game fun.  In this role, you will set the culture of the team, work with the leadership of each studio to understand their needs and define how your team works in order to maximize its impact across all studios.

What You Will Do:
  • Build a people-focused team with great culture, work/life balance, and personal growth
  • Help redefine the meaning of a shared-tech team, seeking to be a partner with our studios and to use the team to magnify the impact of the staff of each studio 
  • Use your resources to accelerate game development across all of our studiosbalancing using engineers to help specific studios vs. building shared tech to help all studios depending on what would have the best overall impact on the company
  • Work closely with the production and engineering staffs in each studio to understand their needs and provide solutions

Minimum Qualifications:
  • At least four years of professional experience building AAA games in Unreal Engine 4 or comparable engine using C++ 
  • Worked on at least one AAA game cycle, from preproduction through the launch
  • Minimum two years of experience as the lead or manager of a Software Engineering team
