We’re looking for a caring, confident, tactful, high-performing, and highly organized individual to assist a creative CEO with a demanding schedule. You will act as liaison and representative for the CEO, proactively providing the assistance needed to support him in achieving strategic goals and the long-term vision for the company. The position requires someone with a proven track record in organizing and prioritizing outcomes for busy executives and the flexibility to work well as a team player to tackle a wide range of responsibilities.  
 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage the Chief Executive Officer’s complex, ever-changing calendar by arranging and prioritizing meetings, appointments, special events, office visits, and travel
  • Proactively manage multiple, complex details for the Chief Executive Officer’s involvement in running a cooperative family of gaming studios
  • Proactively identify action items to take off the CEO’s plate, enabling him to focus on higher-level tasks. This may include handling occasional personal errands
  • Serve as the primary point of initial contact for all correspondence, telephone calls, and on-site guests
  • Receive, screen, manage, evaluate, and determine an appropriate response to all correspondence directed to the CEO or Executive Office, whether email, written, or other
  • Manage accounting/reporting of expenses of the Chief Executive Officer and the Board as needed
  • Act as primary liaison and provide administrative assistance to the Executive Team, Board members, other company leads, and team members, using a high level of discretion on sensitive issues

WHO YOU ARE
 

  • Prefer five years’ experience as an Executive Assistant to CEO or other senior level Executives
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work with highly diverse groups of people
  • Superior time management skills - ability to prioritize a great deal of information, tasks, and relationships
  • Excellent attention to detail and follow-through
  • Impeccable writing and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours as needed (evening and weekend availability)
  • Master in MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Adobe Illustrator and Calendar scheduling
  • Energizing and uplifting personality; proactive with a solution-oriented attitude
