ProAg is looking to add a Compliance Reviewer to our team. In this position you will consult with agents and insureds regarding information and documentations needed for the review process. You will act as the first point of contact for our customer’s undergoing a compliance review and have the opportunity to guide them through the process, providing a positive customer experience.    
  
This position is ideally located in the Midwest. If employee is located near one of our offices (Maple Grove, MN - West Des Moines, IA - Lenexa, KS) they would have a hybrid schedule. Remote candidates will be considered as well.    
   
In this Exciting Opportunity You Will:   
  • Work with agents and insureds to obtain the needed information and documentation to complete the review process. Consulting with the Compliance Supervisor on procedural issues during the review process when necessary.
  • Provide excellent customer service and adhere to ProAg communication strategies for conducting daily business professionally. (Includes both internal and external customers).
  • Coordinate with adjusting staff regarding conflict of interest (COI), growing season inspections (GSI), and high-dollar reviews required as to minimize review completion time. Alerting adjusting staff to claims reviews in process.
  • Analyze and interpret department data; assist in creating data driven processes and dashboards.  
  • Scan and organize appropriate review documentation into the quality control module.
  • Up to 10% travel; requires a high degree of physical ability such as climbing grain bins, walking over rough terrain for long distances, etc. 
What You’ll Bring:   
  • High school diploma required; 4-year degree preferred.
  • Ag background and crop insurance experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to work from home with basic computer and internet applications.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills with the ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing with employees and customers.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality in daily operations.

For candidates working in person or remotely in Illinois the reasonable pay range for this specific position is $47,000-$87,000 in Illinois.
