We’re looking for: An aggressive self-starter who compels others to get on board. You communicate an inspired and valuable vision and are able to communicate to customers and business partners why our Software Solutions fills their requirements.You are known for your strong hunting capabilities and strategic operating & planning skills, and you’re constantly on the lookout for strategic account developments, prospective deals and new business.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing a strategic and comprehensive business plan, including identifying core customers, mapping the benefits of Privacera’s solutions to the business requirements.
  • Willing to own your territory and run your business. This includes identification of target accounts, marketing/outreach, development of opportunities and achieving the goals set out for your business.
  • Working cross-functionally with pre-sales, product, finance, legal and customer success to assure we are delivering the best experience for your prospects and customers.
  • Responsible for hunting and farming. We have a strong customer base and are building a land and expand approach.
  • Monitoring competition and determining the best strategies for winning business from them. 
  • You will be an excellent communicator and able to clearly articulate technical and business requirements of customers back to Privacera.
  • Building an exhaustive network, strategic relationship with customers at all levels, and generating prolific referrals.
  • Working with technology and integration partners to drive business.
  • Displaying good CRM hygiene and leverage supporting technologies.

Your experience should include:  

  • 3 - 5 years of successful enterprise software sales in the territory
  • A proven track record of over-quota achievement
  •  Time management and attention to detail is key in this very fast-moving environment
  • Ability to operate in an entrepreneurial early-stage company environment
  • Knowledge of Big Data, Cloud, Systems Infrastructure, Enterprise Application Integration, Governance, Security, Database and/or Business Intelligence software concepts and products preferred
  • BA/BS or equivalent educational background
