We’re looking for:  Working within the Customer Experience and Professional Services team, the Delivery Manager is responsible for project management, IT delivery lifecycle oversight, escalation support, and strategic program oversight. This is a customer facing role, and Delivery Managers are expected to meet with customers in a regular capacity to communicate status and manage expectations. Delivery Managers are responsible for achieving business value and Customer Success, and as such are not currently subject to utilization requirements.

Your responsibilities will include: 

  • Building and managing complex project plans with interdependencies across organizations
  • Maintaining positive relationships with customers.
  • Identifying customer needs and overseeing service delivery within the business context.
  • Leading the service delivery team, managing conflict, and ensuring the team's processes and tasks are carried out efficiently.
  • Managing P&L, finances, and budgets for projects
  • Determining ways to reduce costs without sacrificing customer satisfaction.
  • Assess customer feedback and use your creativity to establish, improve, and refine services.
  • Remaining organized and meeting deadlines.
  • Building partnerships and liaising with team leaders to determine the company's services, delivery criteria, and solutions for issues that may arise.
  • Tracking and reporting key performance indicators across your projects.

Your experience should include: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related business field
  • 10+ years of experience in leading IT Delivery
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Capacity to train and guide junior team members
  • Ability to manage and prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Solid resource planning and problem-solving skills
  • Readiness to demonstrate a proactive attitude
  • Operational ability in a diverse, large-scale environment
  • Exceptional customer-facing skills
  • In-depth knowledge of escalation procedures, incident management, and other disciplines related to service delivery
