We’re looking for: We are looking for a highly motivated Inside Sales/ SDR Manager to help build and scale our Inside Sales Development Representatives team.  We’re searching for a manager who will have the opportunity to hire, mentor, support, and grow this team.

Your responsibilities will include:  

  • Training, and developing reps to effectively engage and qualify new business opportunities appropriate to their current skill level.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve and evolve the Inside Sales /SDR organization in effort to better support a growing sales organization.
  • Conducting one on one's with your reports, set goals, provide feedback, and serve as a resource and mentor to the team.
  • Shadowing Reps calls, providing feedback to the team, noting trends, and conducting training for the entire team to advance their skills.
  • Developing training materials needed in the form of playbooks, call tracks and other programs.
  • Driving the process with the Product Marketing and Sales Team to develop content for outreach programs.
  • Establishing, and closely monitoring metrics to help the team improve by understanding their performance. This would range from call metrics to meeting quota targets and others.
  • Working with sales operations to develop and monitor compensation plans for the team.
  • Overseeing usage of team systems including SDFC, LinkedIn Navigator, etc.
  • Participating in the team hiring process by reviewing candidates, conducting phone interviews, and working closely with the Recruiter to hit hiring targets.
  • Keeping up with industry trends, product knowledge, familiarity with the sales tools team is using, and identifying process improvements.
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing to improve lead to demo conversion rates across all channels. Innovate on ways to improve.
  • Working cross-functionally with sales leadership to improve discovery calls to sales qualified opportunity conversion rates.
  • Helping create a fun, high energy environment where people love coming to work.

Your experience should include:  

  • You’re passionate about teaching and mentorship in sales.
  • 4+ years of Inside Sales / SDR management experience proven track record of exceeding goals as an individual contributor and manager.
  • Experience writing and reporting on sequence effectiveness.
  • Excellent verbal, written, listening, and presentation skills.
  • You must be credible with direct reports, customers, recruitment candidates, and internally across the organization at all levels including senior management.
  • Proven ability to coach and develop all sales competency levels
  • Ability to identify appropriate sales strategies/methodologies and execute a sales plan
  • Highly self-motivated with very strong project management and problem-solving skills
  •  Excellent communication, teamwork and people management skills
  •  Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
  •  Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
  •  Experience using SFDC, Outreach, Hubspot and other sales tools
  •  Experience selling SaaS products strongly preferred
  • Outbound and inbound lead management experience strongly preferred
  • Account Based Marketing (ABM) experience preferred Authorization to work in the United States is required; please note that
