We’re looking for: In the SRE Dev/Ops Cloud Engineer you will be part of a Privacera Cloud operation team which will ensure the reliable, continuous availability of our SaaS based application for our customers, fix and support the escalation issues. Also, involved in Deployment Automation and Monitoring of the SaaS application / runtime environment (such as K8S on EKS, AKS, ….). Documenting the Knowledge base and mentoring junior engineers; Optimize and Involved in On-call rotation process; Conducting Post Incident Reviews.

Your responsibilities will include:  

  •    Automating  Cloud Operation using CI/CD, GitOps and other tools
  •     Securing host of our SaaS application(s)
  •     Operating our SaaS application(s) – deployment & monitoring
  •     Automating of processes as and when it is needed
  •     Documentation of the process / operational procedures
  •     Enablement of other junior engineers  

Your experience should include:  

  • Should have Tech Lead Experience:   2+ years of experience
  • Technical Skills:
    • Linux Sys Admin: 5-10+ years of experience
    • Docker:  2+ years of experience
    • K8S: 2+ years of experience
    •  Java: Good to have 10+ years of experience
  • Cloud technologies (AWS,Azure,GCP):  2+ years of experience
  • Working experience in Jenkins, GitOps tools like ArgoCD and DevOps tools
  • Applied SRE skill sets in Kubernetes production clusters
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills, and practitioner of statistical methods & disciplines.
  • Must be a good communicator and have excellent fluency in spoken and written English.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or closely related discipline
  • Significant experience in supporting SaaS products in production, while supporting engineering team
  • Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Must be US Citizen or Current Green Card Holder
