We’re looking for: a highly motivated customer-centric individual that can take on an array of responsibilities at a fast growing company. You will lead Privacera’s Client Partner function and act as a player-coach to build out a high performance global team focused on driving value for our customers. Reporting into the Senior Vice President for Customer Experience the focus will be leading a successful and highly motivated Client Partner team.

Your responsibilities will include:  

  • Building  relationships with C-Suite executives.
  • Driving  product adoption and usage
  • Driving upsell and cross sell opportunities
  • Willing own customer satisfaction, retention and expansion
  • Owning  and drive quarterly executive business reviews
  • Being the voice of customer within Privacera and drive customer centric culture
  • Driving a results-oriented culture with a strong focus on service excellence, execution, speed and quality.
  • Leading and developing a team of leaders and implementing great people and performance management practices across the organization.
  • Motivating, mentoring, and leading the best Customer Success Manager talent to achieve against all agreed KPI‘s.
  • Collaborating with Global Account Business Segment partners, including: Sales, SalesOps, Professional Services and Marketing teams to achieve joint targets.
  • Identifying and implementing strategic opportunities to constantly improve customer experience.
  • Continuously refine strategy and operating model for Customer Success Management.
  • Defining and evolving engagement strategy with Account Executive Management team in line with agreed Roles and Responsibilities to achieve maximum productivity and customer satisfaction.
  • Success including roles and responsibilities, customer segmentation, coverage model and engagement model.
  • Surfacing opportunities to constantly improve the customer experience.
  • Innovative thinker with a passion for problem-solving.
  • Continuously monitor and manage customer health to identify churn risk early and drive higher retention.

  • Ideally combined background of post-sale and sales experience
  • Strong empathy for customers AND passion for revenue and growth
  • Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models
  • Analytical and process-oriented mindset
  • Demonstrated desire for continuous learning and improvement
  • Enthusiastic and creative leader with the ability to inspire others
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrate critical thinking skills 

Your experience should include: 

  • 15+ years experience in leading sales/ account management organizations
  • Strong Data Governance and security experience.
  • Proven experience in teaming up with business professionals with responsibilities to meet and exceed financial targets for customers, contract negotiation, and account retention preferred
  • Experience in an environment where cross-functional collaboration is essential to accomplishing goals and objectives.
  • BA/BS degree in Business or related field
  • Willingness to travel as required
