We’re looking for: A Sales Enablement Manager to support the sales team by building sales content, sharing enablement of best practices and developing training.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Partnering with Sales Leadership to identify knowledge and skills gaps across the sales teams; determine opportunities for sales enablement and conduct on-going needs assessments.
  • Designing and implementing comprehensive initial onboarding and ongoing training programs with a 30-60-90 day plan for sales team members at all levels, including specific curriculum and role-based learning paths based for AEs, SDRs, BDRs and Sales Engineers.
  • Crafting the overall learning journey for our customer facing reps and manager that promotes high employee engagement
  • Developing, managing, and optimizing Sales Playbooks that enable our
  • Efficiently and effectively use Salesforce to sell more, as well as increase our competitive win rate.
  • Defining, managing, and executing learning strategies to enable our Sales teams including e-learning, self-study, and instructor-led techniques.
  • Developing content that differentiates Privacera and solves customer pain points.
  • Testing and certifying the field for maximum effectiveness.
  • Iterating, and improving upon, the onboarding process for Sales to accelerate ramp time. Craft the overall learning journey for our customer facing reps and manager that promotes high employee engagement
  • Managing Sales Enablement related systems and processes; continually refine Sales Enablement best practices as our organization evolves over time.
  • Measuring and reporting on the effectiveness of Sales Enablement investments and programs.
  • Driving strong cross-functional cooperation between Sales, Marketing and Sales Operations.
  • Continuously drive KPIs. 


Your experience should include: 

  • BA/BS required
  • 5+ years of experience in an enablement function SaaS environment
  • 5+ years of experience in a SaaS environment
  • Experience with Salesforce.com, sales engagement, data management,
  • and reporting systems.
  • Ability to understand and deconstruct technical products and platforms
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High energy, enthusiasm, and passion for the business
