SyncHR is a part of PrimePay and is a rapidly growing technology company in the HCM space. We have innovative SaaS solutions that cover Recruiting, Core HR, Benefits Administration, Payroll, Time and Talent Management. 

Position Summary -  What you will do:

The Account Executive role will be selling into mid-sized enterprises (500-5,000 employees) within multi-state regions. This a field sales position, and travel is required.

This is a REMOTE based position with a multi-state territory covering HI, AK, WA, OR, ID, WY, CO- individual must be located in one of these given areas.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

  • Successfully sell SyncHR’s product suite
  • Study and understand the competitive landscape and customer needs, so you can effectively and competitively position and sell SyncHR’s products
  • Expert with consultative selling methodologies
  • Work closely with Solutions Consultants to present, identify and sell key product functionality and features to customers
  • Cultivate mutually beneficial relationships with strategic partners
  • Provide support for marketing activities and events
  • Collaborate with sales counterparts to develop a winning strategy for prospective customers

Position Qualifications -  About You:

Requirements Include:

Minimum of 8-10 year’s previous demonstrated success selling HCM, Enterprise or SaaS products into the mid to enterprise level market. This should include proven ability in managing complex sales cycles from start to finish, with a track record of successful revenue attainment. (President Club recipients desired.)

  • 8-10 years previous HCM or related SaaS enterprise software field sales experience is required, preferably selling into the enterprise level market, with proven successful results. HR/HCM technology sales background preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to proactively manage customers, and sell through various stages and levels of the sales cycle
  • Strong understanding of the competitive product landscape and customer needs in order to effectively position, and close deals for SyncHR
  • Cultivate mutually beneficial relationships with strategic partners
  • Demonstrated track record of successful revenue attainment
  • Proven familiarity with consultative selling methodologies
  • Demonstrated success selling to the C level
  • Hyper-competitive; Ideal candidate will have a thirst for landing new selling verticals, and grabbing competitive market landscape for SyncHR. 
  • Self-motivated, Self-starter who is able to work in a fast paced environment
  • Must have the ability to be involved with multiple sales processes concurrently and have excellent organizational skills
  • You will be expected to quickly adapt to a fast-paced, newer-to-market, technology-focused environment that is reimagining the HCM space
