Project Resources Group (PRG) is a rapidly growing company with Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, and operations in 40 United States. We are committed to helping our customers in the telecommunication and utility industries manage their outside plant needs. Over the last 20 years, we have built our expertise and have become subject matter experts (SMEs) on all things outside plant engineering.

PRG is looking for a new Office Manager for our Denver, Colorado office. 
 
The office manager is responsible for the overall flow of front office activities, including the reception area, mail, office supplies, and general upkeep and appearance. This position will require a ‘positive first impression’ appearance and will provide the opportunity to contribute to operations support aspects connected to the Outside Plant Damage (OPD) Department’s daily activities and client needs.
 
In the office, you’ll be responsible for the following functions:

  • Manages the office area to ensure internal and external communications are met to maintain the professional image and vision of the office.
  • Works directly for the Director of Operations to ensure all events and client interactions are seamless and continuously managed within the office and Denver market.
  • Establishes a relationship and works directly with the building owner and all vendors associated with building maintenance, parking, etc.
  • Orders office supplies, furniture, and equipment for the entire staff per company purchasing policies and budgetary restrictions.
  • Ad-hoc reporting and special project requests from OPD management and directors.
  • Willingness and ability to work outside of standard hours as necessary at times to accommodate office needs or event production.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent work experience
  • At least two years of previous experience in office management
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, v-lookups, conditional formulas, etc.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and/or Prezi
  • Experience working in a customer service environment
