Project Coordinator
Project Resources Group (PRG) is seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to support our telecommunications projects across the region. This role will interact cross functionally with Engineers, Leads, and Construction Managers, and Program/Project Managers—ensuring fiber construction projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Get status updates from cross functional partners performing work.
- Escalate to SPM for any roadblocks to accurate project reporting.
- Track progress of multiple projects for regular readouts to SPM.
- Pull data from GFiber data tracking tools and organize
Qualifications
- Ability to utilize tracking software to track project status.
- Google Sheets (intermediate level user - pivot table experience a plus).
- Smartsheets (preferred)
- Can create slide decks utilizing Google Slides.
- Can collate data into usable format.
- Basic understanding of outside plant.
- Basic familiarity with inside plant.
- Understanding of the plant locate process.
- Customer service acumen to interpret, communicate, and help deliver client needs.
- Impressive ability to organize and prioritize projects.
- Strong communication skills and ability to adjust delivery to your audience verbally and in writing.
- Interested and able to work overtime occasionally to meet project demands.
- Must be able to walk extensively, sit, stand, and climb stairs throughout the day
Work Environment
- This position will require you to come into the office a minimum of three (3) days a week, between Monday through Friday 8am-5pm.
