(HUTS team)
PRG is seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to join our team. This role involves administrative office responsibilities, ensuring the execution of outside plant telecommunications construction projects.

- Execute multiple complex projects/programs/planning, supporting market short & long-term objectives.
- Facilitate notifying of process gaps, ensure current tools are maintained, and ensure communication is clear and timely
- Highlight process improvements that may result in efficiency gains throughout deployment in the market(s).
Project & Process Management
- Coordinate cross-functional activities from site acquisition, leasing, and permitting through construction, BB readiness, power/fiber provisioning, and commissioning.
- Maintain project schedules, track milestones, and escalate risks to ensure on-time delivery.
- Support budget tracking, vendor invoicing, and cost alignment across phases.
Technical & Telecom Knowledge
Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination
• Liaise with vendors to keep work moving.
• Ensure contractors comply with scope expectations.
• Act as a communication hub between leasing, legal, engineering, construction, and operations teams.

Documentation & Compliance
• Track lease agreements, permitting approvals, and construction packages.
• Ensure all as-builts, test results, and commissioning reports are collected and stored.
Qualifications
- Proficient with project tracking tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Google Sheets).
- Skilled in managing document control and reporting (Excel, Google Sheets, or databases).
- Working knowledge of telecom infrastructure (power, grounding, HVAC, fiber optics, transport equipment).
- Familiarity with utility coordination (electrical service drops, generators, and backhaul).
- Understanding of commissioning requirements/ stakeholders and timing.
- Familiarity with telecom commissioning platforms is a plus.
Work Environment
This role requires you to work a hybrid remote. You will spend a minimum of three days a week at PRG or client offices. The role will require walking, climb stairs, and performing physical tasks in an office environment.

- We offer competitive hourly pay plus opportunity for overtime ($26-$30/hr) along with a comprehensive benefits package, including:
