In the field, you’ll be responsible for the following functions:

•    Execute multiple complex projects/programs/planning supporting market short & long-term objectives. 
•    Facilitate notifying of process gaps, ensure current tools are maintained and communication is clear and timely
•    Highlight process improvements that may result in efficiency gains throughout deployment in the market(s).

Experience:

•    Data Center / CO build experience
•    Proficient with typical office applications such as spreadsheets, ticketing systems, and workflows 
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to successfully work across multiple levels of the organization. 
•    Successful project history with an enthusiasm to learn all about Google Fiber Fiber.
•    Excellent problem solving & analytical skills. 
•    Strong attention to an excellent customer service experience

Skills and abilities:

•    Closely coordinate with vendors on project statuses to allow for accurate forecasting
•    Work with the cross-functional team to ensure work package forms are issued and executed
•    Ensure builds are closely coordinated and updated in respective sheets to ensure cross-functional teams are aware of the status 
•    Report and follow up and escalate blockers and delays
•    Document Control, to include project folder creation and communication and sharing with cross-functional teams
•    Other duties as assigned to support the success of the program
