Over the last 20 years, we have built our expertise and have become subject matter experts (SMEs) on all things outside plant engineering.

In the office, you’ll be responsible for the following functions:

  • Provide weekly reports to management on construction activity
  • Coordinating and scheduling with cross-functional groups
  • Follow-up with city municipalities regarding permitting issues
  • Administrative duties as needed

Experience:

  • Two years of experience in reporting and analytics
  • Experience with contractors and coordinating multi-site projects
  • Working knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office programs
  • Preferred college degree 

Skills and abilities:

  • Track monthly and quarterly Sign-Up to Connect (S2C) metrics. Build reports for the Sales and Technical Operations teams to evaluate vendor and sales performance 
  • Monitor connect status of SMB sign-ups pending construction and installation. Communicate with SMB Sales Representative and customers to ensure efficient and swift signup the connect intervals
  • Oversee progress on Site Survey, Drop, and  Splice tickets, ensuring they are completed on time. Confirm installation appointments with customers. Communicate install issues with Tech Ops and coordinate with the team to rectify
  • Assign and balancethe  ticket workload between drop vendors
    Coordinate and communicate between construction and engineering. IE. drop and splice details, eligibility reviews, and design updates.
  • Manage and implement address modifications in FMS, ACA, and CSA
  • Assist SMB Representatives with account issues and direction on customer service issues
  • Primary contact for construction for call center and online signups
  • Participate and annotate construction vendors and sales syncs
  • Review and QC photo documentation for drops and splicing
