Costing Coordinator
Job Summary
Project Resources Group (PRG) is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Costing Coordinator to support the Outside Plant Damage team. This remote role involves reviewing client work order data, auditing it against internal claim documentation, and ensuring all repairs information and associated costs are accurate to produce invoices. 
Key Responsibilities 
  • Interpret work order data from our clients’ work management systems.
  • Audit work order data against our internal claim packages to ensure all work order information is accurate.
  • Create consolidated invoices for third-party damage claims.
  • Communicate daily with the costing team and clients.
 
Preferred Qualifications 
  • Ability to read and interpret prints.
  • Knowledge of construction materials and processes, with familiarity in the construction, cable, or utility industries.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel 
  • Experience with SAP Billing and Accounting.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Adaptable and eager to learn new process quickly.
  • Self-starter and highly independent.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to tailor communication to different clients.
  • Personable and engaging when interacting with clients.
     
    Compensation and Benefits 
    We offer a competitive hourly range ($22 - $26/hour based on experience), plus the ability to earn an annual bonus. Along with a comprehensive benefits package, including:
