About the role:

As the Associate ERP Application Analyst you will be responsible for successfully supporting designated Microsoft Dynamics GP and other Finance & Accounting applications.

Job Requirements:

  • Support end-users and troubleshooting application issues
  • Participate in quality assurance process as appropriate
  • Assist with implementation of new modules or applications, if needed
  • Assist in troubleshooting system integrations, if needed
  • Create process and training documentation
  • Ability to train users on applications, new features or new modules
  • Resolve or triage incident tickets that come in related to all Finance & Accounting applications
  • Perform other duties as assigned by leader


  • Bachelor’s degree or 4 years work experience.


  • Experience with an accounting system, especially MS Dynamics GP, preferred
  • Experience with SAP Concur or Prophix a plus
  • Accounting experience a plus

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Effective communication skills (written and verbal) with all levels of the organization
  • Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks/requests
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with SharePoint a plus
  • Must be able to maintain a high level of productivity including when working outside the corporate office
  • Must have excellent organizational skills, analytic capabilities, and attention to detail and quality
