About the role:

As the HRIS Analyst ll you will be part of the HRIS team that is responsible for the implementation and support of all HRIS related systems which include products for applicant tracking, onboarding, employee & manager self-service, time & attendance and payroll.

The Business Application and Delivery team at Premise Health implements and supports all non-clinical applications for the company and its subsidiaries.  Our team partners with various departments including Sales for CRM and Proposal software solutions, Finance & Accounting for financial, payroll, time & attendance and budgeting & reporting applications, with Human Resources for employee and manager self-service, recruiting and on boarding applications and the Credentialing team for the applications that support their work.  The team also creates and supports the processes that integrates data between many of these applications.

Job Requirements:

  • Leverage ServiceNow to support end-users by troubleshooting and resolving Tier 2 technology issues
  • Partner with team to support imports/exports with third party vendors
  • Assist with implementation of new systems, functionality, workflows and/or processes
  • Create process and training documentation for internal customers and end-users
  • Partner with team to perform testing as needed with technology upgrades and new releases
  • Identify and recommend process improvements
  • Perform occasional data entry, audits, security assignments, table maintenance and mass updates as needed

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of relevant work experience

Experience:

  • 2 - 3 years HRIS or HR Practitioner experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel
  • Effective communication skills (written and verbal) with all levels of the organization
  • Detail-oriented and organized with ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks/requests
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and challenging environment
  • Previous system integration experience and ability to comprehend the flow of data and the downstream impact

Preferred Qualifications or Experience:

  • Previous use of Jobvite (ATS), Avature (Onboarding) or UKG (formerly UltiPro)
  • Working knowledge of HR, Payroll and Accounting functions and/or regulations
  • Previous exposure and/or participation with large scale projects

For individuals living in Colorado only, Premise Health is required to include an estimate of the salary and benefits for this role. While a number of factors influence salary, our estimated Colorado compensation is $50,000 - $60,000.
