About the role: This role is part of the operations team and will participate in the planning, organization, and enhancement of Salesforce, Master Site List (MSL) and other sales operations related needs. The Director of Sales Enablement effectively interfaces & collaborates with teams across the organization including Operations, Sales, Client Reporting, Business Intelligence, IT, Billing, Growth, and Medical Leadership teams. Additionally, the Director of Sales Enablement acts as a liaison on Salesforce & MSL with stakeholders, and user departments. This position is engaged with the business application team for application upgrades, updates, new products, roadmaps and supporting processes. This Director would have a vendor relationship in conjunction with the business application director. The Director of Sales Enablement would evaluate ongoing needs to standardize client and prospect processes within Salesforce. This position will champion and reinforce continuously a data driven culture within operations. The Director will create content and facilitate trainings for operations and other depts as needed.  
  

Essential Functions:    

  • Develops a comprehensive understanding of the program(s) that they support and be able to represent that program to operations and others in the organization. 
  • Participates in meetings and workshops for items related to application upgrades, updates and releases. 
  • Identifies and communicates challenges for operations and other departments impacting growth and retention. 
  • Recommends expectations and timeline resets based on resource constraints, conflicting projects, unrealistic timelines, budget issues, based on collected inputs. 
  • Collaborates on governance processes and recommends appropriate pathways for modification requests and decisions. 
  • Escalates challenges to management and vendor (if appropriate). 
  • Ensures all users understand upgrade / update / release cycles and dates. 
  • Works with department leaders, vendors and project managers (where applicable) to help develop cohesive and thoughtful implementation plans for new releases; ensure alignment on implementation schedules. 
  • Assists in identifying and coordinating test users, early adopters and/or Product champions, where appropriate. 
  • Captures and works to align timelines of each department to ensure target dates are agreeable across teams. 
  • Identifies opportunities for continual improvement. 
  • Assists in capturing requirements for work efforts when necessary. 
  • Establishes a communication plan for stakeholders, user departments, contributing departments, supporting departments, management and vendors
  • Establishes a central input mechanism for collecting information to be communicated
  • Ensures pertinent information is shared with appropriate departments in a timely manner
  • Develops and distributes progress reports / dashboards, risks, successes, roadmaps, etc. 
  • Manages a small team that includes client services Analyst(s) and Coordinator(s). 
  • Reviews data and work with teams to establish and document definitions, standardize data and define a source of truth. 
  • Coordinates with others in the department for cross functional projects as needed. 
  • Participates in special projects as needed.

Job Requirements:   

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
  • 10+ years of prior applicable experience. 
  • Minimum five (5)years’ experience in the healthcare industry supporting client/vendor relationships 
  • Experience in leading and managing a team 
  • Experience must include increasing responsibility managing large, complex projects and activities 
  • CRM experience required; Salesforce experience is preferred.
  • Project Management experience is preferred

  • Exhibits energy and enthusiasm for the role, responsibilities, and related day-to-day opportunities and challenges. 
  • Ability to delegate tasks and enlist the cooperation and/or assistance of others either inside or outside of BAD. 
  • Experience in leading complex projects. 
  • Exceptional organizational skills including the ability to oversee multiple projects and activities simultaneously. 
  • Complex problem-solving abilities, critical thinking, and analytical skills. 
  • Advanced computer skills.

For individuals living in California, Colorado, Washington; as well as, for individuals living in or reporting to New York State only, Premise Health is required to include  an estimate of the salary and benefits for this role. While a number of factors influence salary, our estimated California, Colorado, Washington and New York State compensation is $120,000 - $160,000 with eligible bonus opportunity.
