JOB SCOPE: 
 
Premier is looking for a reliable and detail oriented professional to help accurately maintain accounts receivable information.  This Accounts Receivable Analyst position will compute, classify, and record numerical data to keep financial records complete. Perform any combination of routine calculating, posting, and verifying duties. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP and Blackline Cashapp a plus.


DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Process cash through the lockbox, check deposits, wire, ACH, credit card payments, and adjustments) and posting of cash to customers’ accounts on a daily basis
  • Review and process On Account Monies from the Credit Department
  • Processing (researching, vetting approvals, posting) adjustments to customer accounts
  • Review and process all Customer Refunds
  • Review and maintain all Accounts Receivable Email Boxes for updates and change.
  • Other AR/Credit/Billing duties as needed

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, and ABILITIES

  • Working knowledge of accounts receivable with a strong customer focus and ability to manage customer (internal and external) expectations
  • Must be detail oriented and have the ability to multi-task
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth culture a must
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: 
 
  • Associate’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field
  • 4+ years’ experience or related work experience preferred or a combination of education/work experience
TECHNOLOGY SKILLS:  
         
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel (Advanced), PowerPoint, and Outlook  
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP is a plus  
  • Experience with Billtrust and Blackline is a plus
