JOB SCOPE:
This position will be tasked with all aspects of handling road service calls. Fielding calls for service assistance. Getting and documenting all pertinent information. Determining needed repair and or tire services. Matching vendors for service and following through with them. Documenting everything in GP for the branch and the invoice for the customer. This position will also work on several duties while not handling service requests.

This position will cover the Late Shift (12PM - 10PM), 4 days a week (Wednesday - Sunday).

The successful candidate will work an 8AM - 5PM shift, Monday through Friday during training.
RESPONSIBILITIES: 
  • Handle service requests from customers. Including getting information, matching vendors, determining needed repairs, communicating with vendor and customer, inputting service into GP, creating rebill for work, and communication with branch after completion 
  • Manage payables for all road service vendors 
  • Seek and set up new vendors for our vendor network 
  • Manage/Input payables into GP as well as tracking spreadsheets 
  • Manage/Update parts, invoice, expense, and tracking spreadsheets 
  • Process new license plates and registrations for new equipment 
  • Process FHWA forms for new equipment 
  • Assist National Account Operations with collections and seasonal trailer transportation
EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS: 
  • Associates degree in business or related field  
  • At least 1+ years of related work experience  
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES: 
  • Self-starter with a sense of urgency, detailed oriented and well organized 
  • Accurate and attentive to detail 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Strong typing and computer applications skills 
  • Ability to assist and support others with a helpful disposition
TECHNOLOGY SKILLS:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites - Word, intermediate Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
