Licensing & Compliance Support Specialist

Premier Early Childhood Education Partners is a private early childhood education organization. We are seeking a Licensing & Compliance Support Specialist! This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated, energetic professional who is passionate about early childhood education.
To be QUALIFIED for this position, we require a high school diploma (bachelor’s degree preferred), working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to manage details in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should be results-driven with strong analytical skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with multiple parties.
Required Shift: Monday – Friday, hybrid schedule: 3 days on-site in our Downtown Chicago office located at 120 S. LaSalle St. Chicago, IL 60603
Compensation: $50,000 – $55,000 annually

Our Hiring Process:
- Phone screen with Recruiter (30 minutes)
- Virtual Interview with Licensing Manager (30 minutes)
- On-site interview with Licensing Manager, Chief Development Officer, and Director of Acquisitions (90 minutes)

Main Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with the preparation of legal documents and related transactional documents
- Research and analyze key regulatory and licensing requirements
- Prepare regulatory filings in support of new acquisitions
- Support the acquisition closing process
- Perform additional duties as assigned
