We are seeking a passionate and energetic Community Engagement Specialist who wants the opportunity to improve the lives of children, parents, and staff by providing safe, fun, curriculum-
focused early education in a collaborative and child-focused environment.
 
This role will be instrumental in driving enrollment and focused on building strategic partnerships, community engagement, fostering local early childhood education relationships, and promoting our childcare programs. This is a part-time, contract role.
 
To be QUALIFIED for this position, we require experience in marketing and/or working in early childhood education in some capacity. 
Compensation: $22-$26 per hour, based on education and experience 
Schedule: 15-20 per week in the field which may include evenings and weekends. Hours are flexible.
Travel: Candidate must be based out of the Denver, Colorado area and be expected to travel to Aurora, Colorado and Lafayette, Colorado.

Main Job Responsibilities:
  • Understand company’s brand portfolio and style guidelines to ensure company’s mission and values are reflected in all mediums of content.
  • Possesses strong research acumen and the ability to discern key decision-makers within target organizations and educational institutions. Demonstrates a proactive approach to gathering industry insights, utilizing various resources to identify key stakeholders, and strategically mapping out influential figures who play pivotal roles in partnership decisions.
  • Ongoing review management for Colorado locations including implementing initiatives to drive positive brand awareness.
  • Coordinate the design and procurement of marketing collateral for Colorado childcare centers.
  • Be a sales advocate for the Colorado centers and successfully drive and grow enrollment by focusing on new  enrollments, tours, marketing, and community engagement.
  • Create, coordinate, market and host evening and weekend events and activities to engage families and local communities.
  • Utilize social media and other various platforms to identify community activities and events.
  • Develop an events calendar to maintain a consistent flow of community-based programs and activities.
  • Build strong relationships and engage with early childcare education community stakeholders and programs.
  • Research market competitors and stay up to date on developments and trends native to the early childhood  education Colorado market.
  • Develop and execute monthly engagement and marketing plan to increase enrollment; attend community  marketing events.
  • Build strong relationships with prospective and currently enrolled families; create positive partnerships with families by serving as a resource and responding to questions and concerns.
  • Other duties as assigned.
