The Salesforce Administrator I will
serve as a member of the Premier Research Salesforce CRM Team which is responsible for the execution of the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of our CRM platform, as well as driving long-term roadmap strategy. The SF Team works closely with Commercial Management and stakeholders to identify, develop, and deploy new business processes as well as evaluate and optimize existing processes. This position reports to the Salesforce CRM Manager who oversees the general architecture and development of the environment while the Salesforce Administrator will maintain the day-to-day activities that go into supporting an active environment of 200+ users. Responsibilities

  • Serve as a member of the Premier Research Salesforce CRM Team as a Salesforce Administrator.

  • Handle day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of our CRM platform including new user setups, creation of new objects, fields, workflows, validation rules.

  • Complete tasks as part of regular internal and external system audits and upgrades (SF.com releases and Optimizer reports).

  • Participate in the evaluation, scope, planning, and completion of new development requests

  • Assist in the training of new users by creating an attractive easy to use function specific user documentation library in order to enable the organization to self-sustain as much as possible.

  • Develop and maintain system documentation and processes around change requests, testing, and deployment

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator (Sales Cloud)

  • Salesforce.com Admin or Advanced Admin certification preferred

  • Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows/flows/processes, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity using Salesforce.com best practices and functionality

  • Proficiency in creating profiles, assigning roles, and managing access

  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products and their functionalities

  • General familiarity with Pardot, Analytics Studio is preferred but is not required for this role
