You’ll be accountable for:

Ensuring that projects are invoiced in a timely manner according to contract specifications and client requirements
- Driving accounts receivable collection efforts to ensure client payments are received timely and according to contract terms
- Working closely and diligently with project teams, inclusive of Project Financial Analyst, to understand timelines regarding project milestone deliverables for purposes of assisting in invoicing and cash forecasting
- Assisting in reconciliation and roll-forward of project unbilled balances to ensure appropriate accounting through study completion
- Corresponding directly with the operational team and clients with regards to invoice approval expectations as well and client payment expectations and elevating accordingly

You’ll need this to be considered:

- Ideally a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in accounting or finance
- Related accounts receivable experience
- Accounting or finance experience may substitute
- Fluency in English language
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Very good organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- High attention to detail
- Computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office, Excel
